This Privacy Policy describes how The Yellow Station ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website (theyellowstation.net) and our mobile apps ("The Yellow Station" on iOS and Android) (together, the "Services").

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to listen to our radio stations, watch our live video, or browse and download DJ mixes. The following information may be collected automatically through third-party services we use:

• Usage and diagnostic data - via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to understand how the Services are used and to diagnose crashes.
• Device and advertising identifiers - via Google AdMob (in the apps) and Google AdSense (on this website), used to serve and measure advertising. On iOS, this is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency, and you can decline tracking when prompted.
• Push notification tokens - via Firebase Cloud Messaging, if you allow notifications in the app.
• Cookies and similar technologies - this website and Google's advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads and measure their performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Chat Feature

If you use the in-app chat/message feature, your messages and a display name you choose are stored so they can be shown to other listeners. Please don't share personal information you wouldn't want made public in chat.

The Services rely on the following third-party providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Firestore)
• Google AdMob and Google AdSense
• Google Cast
• AzuraCast (our streaming and DJ mixes platform)

The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads), disable notifications in the app, and control cookies in your browser.
